To apply to host a Sanctioned event within the state of NSW, hosts MUST complete all points within the application process. Incomplete applications will be returned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Any club, region or committee looking to host a competition or event in 2024 must complete the Event Sanctioning Application and must comply with all current government and health restrictions.
To apply for a sanctioned event please read and complete ALL steps below;
Step 1: Complete the details of the person submitting the application
Step 2: Select event type and gymsport(s)
Step 3: Enter the specific event details
Step 4: Upload required documents
Please note the following documents are required upon application;
1. Venue Evacuation Plan
2. Competition Entry Form
Step 5: Complete the application agreement including the agreement that the club has a copy of the venue evacuation plan and any required venue safety briefing.
Following approval, all NSW Sanctioned events will be published on the 2024 Club Activities Calendar on the GNSW website.
GNSW will upload the entry form to the 2024 Club Activities Calendar on the GNSW website. All entries for club events will be received by the host club.
NOTE: Competitions will not be sanctioned if participants from a non-affiliated club participate in the event.
