CARD DECLINE/DISPUTE: Aria Leads will not provide any refunds exchanges or returns for leads purchased. In the event of a card decline, The agent will be contacted, if the issue can not be resolved we will submit this acknowledgement for the dispute. If the dispute is placed, the agents account will be closed, and they will be banned from future ARIA Leads purchases. All disputed charges will result in the agent being banned from all future lead purchases.
REPORTING: If a sale is not reported for these leads, the lead will recycle into the CRM after 30 days from the day the lead was delivered to your CRM. To report a sale, see the suppression option in your CRM. All sold policies must be marked as sold with proof of policy and sent to suppression.
CREDITS: ARIA Leads has no control over errors committed by the USPS. You acknowledge that these errors have been calculated within the approximate ROR (2-8%) as outlined on the Jotform Order Form. ARIA Leads does not issue credits. Marketplace purchases are held to the same standard, we will not provide credits, refunds, or exchanges will not be issued.
TIMELINE/ROR/PRICING: Lead prices vary depending on the program you’re committing to. With mailing campaigns you will be billed Thursdays and your campaign will be mailed the following Monday. The turnaround time is 7-10 days for leads to start to come in. There is a 4-week minimum requirement for all subscription programs. Should a subscription be cancelled before the 4-week minimum commitment threshold, the amount of the difference between the one time order and the subscription order will be charged for each week mailed. For Marketplace purchases you will receive your leads instantaneously.
This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
