Please check the Parking Regulations on the Wheaton College website to help you understand why you received the citation. Appeals related to issues such as "I have parked here before and never received a citation.", "Other people parked in the same place didn't receive a citation.", "I am a student and I was visiting someone at the Welcome Center." or "I just needed to run in for a second." will not be considered by the student appeals board.
