Congratulations and welcome to the International Leadership Network!Â
The Grand Board of the Aleph Zadik Aleph and the International Board of the Bânai Bârith Girls lead, manage, and support the Movementâs teen leadership and membership via the International Leadership Network (ILN). The ILN is the core of the Movement around the worldâit builds, shapes, and leverages the power of AZA & BBG and Jewish teens worldwide.
You can get involved in the ILN in five ways:Â
- Counterpart Networks: Groups of teens with similar responsibilities in their communities. These roles are elected locally, regionally, and internationally.
- Committees:Â Opportunities for teens to work together to plan events, mobilize the Movement, or work toward a shared goal on a project. These roles are appointed or selected through applications.
- Clubs:Â Focused on building community around a topic, hobby, shared identity, or passion. They are open to all members. On average, clubs meet once a month. These opportunities are open to everyone.
- Cohorts: Exclusive leadership experiences focused on building new skills and gaining content expertise. These opportunities are by application.
- Coordinators: Roles for teens to lead tracking, recruitment, and programming for Movement-wide experiences or initiatives. These opportunities are by application.
You will be able to edit your ILN profile any time during the year, as well as use it to sign up for other ILN opportunities! After you create your profile, head to bbyo.org/lead to sign up for Committees, start a Club, or find an Experience to go on.Â
