Liability: I acknowledge that dance is a physical activity bearing some risk of injury and I assume all said risk, harm, and loss. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. Lindy Maine and all of its instructors are released from all liability and held harmless in the event of any injury or personal property damage or loss.

COVID-19: In-person participation includes possible exposure to/illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the released parties. Code of Conduct: Harassment of any type will not be tolerated. Event participants violating these rules may be expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers or the class instructors. I have read the Code of Conduct at https://www.lindymaine.com/code-of-conduct-safety-policy and agree to abide by it.

Aerials: I agree to refrain from performing or practicing aerials or air steps while attending classes, dances, or any other Lindy Maine event. Air steps are defined as any move that extends a dancer's time in the air.

Photography: I grant to Lindy Maine, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me and my property in connection with swing dance classes and events. I authorize Lindy Maine, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Lindy Maine may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
