Drop Off Options

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 9am or 12pm
• Saturdays - 10am (Closed 4th Saturday of every month)
• Please give us a couple hours to groom your pet. Your groomer is working with sharp tools (scissors and clippers); so to avoid accidents or stress to your pet (and groomer) please allow us plenty of time.
• Your pet will be inspected upon drop off and we will obtain specific instructions from you then.

Requirements

• Proof of current Rabies and Bordatella shots administered by a licensed veterinarian are required; all other vaccines are recommended. Your pet will NOT have direct contact with any other pets in our care unless they are in the same family.

Matted Hair/Fleas

• If the hair is matted and too close to the skin, it will have to be shaved. In some cases, it may be impossible to "dematt" the coat which, unfortunately, is an arduous and painful process for both your pet and groomer. If hair can be "dematted" without causing pain to your pet, an additional charge will incur. Grooming should be enjoyable for your pet... not hurtful.
• No hand stripping or cording will be provided at Adorable Grooms.
• If we see FLEAS on your pet, he/she will get a flea bath and/or Capstar (fast-acting tablet) to stop the infestation. An additional charge will incur.
• If your pet is infested with TICKS you will be called immediately for pick up. We suggest you go to your vet clinic for proper treatment. We want to keep our salon pest-free!

Acknowledgments & Agreements

• Customer represents that his/her pet is in good health and has not shown aggressive/threatening behavior towards any person. If your pet poses a danger to us, we will ask you to pick him/her up immediately. Please let us know any fears or dislikes your pet has regarding grooming so we can work with them. Example: "Brutus hates his feet being touched." Now that we know Brutus does not care for foot treatments, we can prepare different techniques to complete his groom.
• Customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for any and all acts of his/her pet, including: any harm to people, property and other pets (lobby or in front of salon) while at Adorable Grooms.
• Customer acknowledges and agrees that should his/her pet become ill while at Adorable Grooms, the pet will be treated at the nearest animal clinic. Customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she will be solely responsible for payment of any and all expenses that be incurred for his/her pet's medical treatment.
• Customer acknowledges and agrees if his/her pet is not picked up before the salon closes (without a phone call), it will be considered "abandon". If this occurs, Adorable Grooms will contact the proper authorities to have the pet picked up. NO OVERNIGHT BOARDING ALLOWED. This is a grooming facility only.

Payment Options

• Payment will be due at drop off or of pick up. Adorable Grooms accepts all major debit/credit cards.
