Kova's Cause Rescue Adoption Form

PLEASE NOTE: Kova's Cause Rescue is a foster-based, non-profit rescue that depends on adoption fees and donations to operate. Adoption fees are non-negotiable and include all possible shots and vetting from the time they are rescued until their adoption date.

Puppies are $250-$350 depending on cost of vetting/ transport.

Young dogs are $175-$300 depending on cost of vetting/transport.

Adults/Seniors are $100-$250 depending on cost of vetting/transport.

Kova's Cause Rescue uses this application as a tool to decide whether or not you and your home are the right fit for the animal that you are applying for. We reserve the right to deny your application for any reason.

We will NOT process applications that say "Any from litter." "Any lab male." "Whoever is available." etc.

If you are approved for adoption, 30% of the adoption fee is due within 24 hours of approval as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and holding fee.
