Please read the following items:
1. For each Billing Cycle during the Term, the business named above ("Customer") will pay LPT LLC dba LPT SP LLC ("LPT"), a Liberty Power Company, a Total Charge as detailed. Subject to the terms of this Electricity Service Agreement and attached Commercial Customer Terms and Conditions, the Fixed Adder includes the following costs necessary for LPT to provide Customer with retail electric supply: ancillary services, losses and ISO administrative costs. 2. The LPT fixed adder does not include Transmission & Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) charges, TDSP Off Cycle Switch and Move In charges, applicable federal, state, and local taxes and charges. 3. Customer acknowledges that the TDSP will continue to deliver electricity purchased from LPT, as required by the Public Utility Commission of Texas. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received, read and understand the terms of service for the product for which I am enrolling and that I agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. I acknowledge that I understand that the price and term of service I am agreeing to are detailed in the Terms of Service and Attachments, that I prefer to receive information from LPT in English, and that there may be a penalty for early cancellation as specified by the attached Terms and Conditions. I am authorizing LPT to become my new retail electric provider and to act as my agent to perform the necessary tasks to establish my electric service account with LPT. This authorization to establish or switch my provider of electric service extends to the locations listed here.
I have read and understand this Letter of Authorization and the Terms of Service that describe the service I will be receiving. I am at least eighteen years of age and legally authorized to select or change Retail Electric Providers for the service address(s) listed above. I will receive a copy of this Agreement by email, and I will read and understand it. I agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
