Request pw reset

    I have requested a pw reset several times and the email never arrives...pls advise.  i need to update my billing info and subscription

    Hello Jeannine, your email rescue@doodlerescue.org appears to be on our Bounce List with the following reason:

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1  - 205.201.137.77 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607 

    The password reset emails never reached your mailbox because of this. I have now removed that email from our Bounce List so please give it a try now. Go to this page https://www.jotform.com/login > click the FORGOT PASSWORD link > enter your email address rescue@doodlerescue.org > check your mailbox for the password reset instructions.
