Can I change the username to my account?

I need to change change the username of my account but I didn't set this up.

Let us know what your new username would be, we can change it for you, please note the following:

-Custom URLs names (ie: http://www.jotform.com/dsiman/myform ) will not work once we change the account username. 

-However, direct form links like http://www.jotform.us/form/62095748622159  will be fine.

- Provide alternate names in case the proposed username is not available.

If that name is taken, please try HSVMarketing or HSVSpecialists

The username "MarketingOps" is already taken. So, we have successfully changed your username from "dsiman" to "HSVMarketing".
