Why after we submit a form does it not clear out the prior information that as typed?

Whenever we enter information on our form and then we submit the form and go back to fill out another form details it still has the original text still there.  Why is it caching our data all of a sudden.  This was not happening for last several months for this form?  We have tested on Crome, Explorer, & Safari with same results

It was because Autofill is enabled on your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/61034449082957

You can disable it in Setting/Preferences

Save your form and test again. Let us know if issue still persist even after doing this already.
