Hi,
All our forms (e.g. Townhouse sign request form) are integrated into Zendesk and are supposed to be sending tickets into Zendesk through marketing@compass.com. We set up the form this way yet they all auto-send to cathy@urbancompass.com (an employee), even though the email address we are directing them to us marketing@compass.com. Can someone please help us figure out the cause of this ASAP?
Thanks,
Steph

Hello Steph,
I did check your form "Townhouse sign request form" and found that you have configured your email alert to send submission emails to only marketing@compass.com email address.
Form should not send any submission email to cathy@urbancompass.com. I also checked our email logs and the submission emails from this form is only being sent to marketing@compass.com. Please check the logs below:
[2016-03-16 17:59:52] Submission #333974789491561852 Form #51967155411961 SENT to marketing@compass.com from noreply@jotform.com via SENDMAIL [2016-03-16 17:54:12] Submission #333974449491897464 Form #51967155411961 SENT to marketing@compass.com from noreply@jotform.com via SENDMAILThere is no trace that submission emails are being sent to cathy@urbancompass.com from any of your form.
What happens when you directly send an email to marketing email address? Does that too gets forwarded to cathy email address? I would suggest you to please check your cPanel or with your email service provider and ask them if emails are internally being forwarded to cathy@urbancompass.com?
Thank you!
