Upgraded Account Never Upgraded

    Hi,

     

    The other user on my account upgraded the service to the Bronze plan but for some reason the accopunt never updated. Attached is a screenshot of the email confirmation she received.

     

    She may have created an extra account by accident. Can these be combined as we are hitting the limti and this has another month to go.

    It seems you upgraded a different account alandau16 ( ALandau@sca.shiseido.com )
