Attempting to attempt a wordpress form. I've followed your tutorials with no success. Also tried your two plugins embed and oembed.
Nothing showing up any way I try things - I noticed others having the same problem, anybody found a solution?
Using wordpress 4.4 with the latest version of Divi theme

I checked your http://www.scheshireprint.harago.co.uk/display-solutions/and I was able to see the problem mentioned.
There was no embedded form, but instead only a text link to the form was on the website.
I assume you had checked the user guide
A-Guide-To-Forms-For-WordPress-JotForm-Users
One option you may want to try also is using the iframe embed code of the form.
user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
instead of using the script code embed, try the iframe embed code of the form when you add in your WP page in the Edit Page of your WP admin panel.
Example, on the screen image below (it was using script), use the iframe code isntead.
Save the page and test/check again.
Please let us know if issue remains.
