Yes, it is possible to import data form Excel or CSV file to your form submissions. You can do it with our import data app: http://import.jotform.io/
Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

I went to the submissions page. Down at the bottom there is a search box. I put my last name in and ran the search. It went to the page I had entered though that page did not have my name on it. Then I went back and entered my home address and it went to the correct page again. Home town, same thing. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the e-mail address. What is the connection with the IP? There is still hope we can recover the original data. What are your thoughts?

I have checked submission of your form http://www.jotform.us/form/40732840361146 and i saw that data for Full name, Address and email fields are all missing before 2015-11-16. In original thread that you posted I saw that you have deleted those fields and added them back to your form. Unfortunately once the field is deleted form form all data associated to that field will be deleted from submission. And it is not possible to recover deleted submissions or data. When you try to delete field form your form you will get this message where is stated that you'll lose the associated data with that field.
If you have Excel or CSV report with all data that is created before fields were deleted you can use this guide to import them to JotForm.
