Hi Dener,
Did you try my previous suggestion on September 09, 2015 to manually set the "Locale"? Here's the link to my reply: https://www.jotform.com/answers/657256#658107.
Now, if that is not working, please try to re-integrate the form again to Google Spreadsheet and this time, please check the option to Pre-Format the date field.
