I have logged into your account and checked your form email history, and I do not see any delays in the emails being sent to you. According to the logs, notification emails have been sent without any interruptions over the last week:
There are no failed attempts at sending emails, and I can see that your last received email corresponds to the last submission on your form 51477783448873. The submission is from a person named Chris, and this is the direct link to the email that was already sent (don't worry, only you can access the link when you are logged into your account):

If you are still not able to see your emails, perhaps they are being filtered to a specific folder of your email address, such as filtered to SPAM. Please do re-check the inbox and spam folders of your elodief email address to which the notifications are being sent to.
