I made changes yesterday, deleting some old email contacts with conditions. Now all the filters are not not work as set. Can I reset my setting prior to the changes yesterday?

Hello Cityplex,
Yes it is possible to revert your form to an earlier version by taking advantage of "Revision History" feature. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Hi David,
Unfortunately, we do not have a phone support. We will answer your concern here on this thread. Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotform.com/form/10025947332? I cloned the form and I noticed that you have setup 12 different email conditions. May I know what problem are you encountering on the email conditions? Do you mean you are not receiving the notification email?
We will wait for your response.
Regards. -
CityplexReplied on October 7, 2015 at 11:45 AMYes I have 12 email conditions setup but in the email list only 8 show as “ conditional”. The email “Housekeeping Request” & “David King” have conditions (pasted below) but both are getting 100% of the forms with no filters.
Question: When building a condition, you have a send drop box which selects from the email list, but then you have to type an email in the next box. Is this part of my problem? Do I need both?

Try setting up the same condition using the old interface. When I created the same condition using the old interface, the email was then correctly set as conditional:
To get the old interface, click on "New condition" then click on Update / Calculate fields value:
From the next menu, click on back and it will take you back to the old interface:
Currently I am loading the old interface which seems to be working properly. I will test the new interface a bit more as soon as I can.
