    Hi,

How can I create a form with two columns?

You can achieve this by adjusting the fields in your form. Either by shrinking and expanding the field and moving it to the above line or moving it to new line or move up or move down.

If you have already created this form, please provide to us the link of the form in question so we can assist/help you to set it up.

How can I prevent double opt-in without setting strict check or loose check?

You can try to use the Unique Question setting in the Preferences > Form Limits. Unique Question is set to one of the field in your form so you can avoid duplicate value for the field in your submission.

For example, you can set the Unique Question to the Email field in your form. In this way, the form will not allow user to submit the form twice with the same email address.

Also can write some Jquery code on the thank you page to I generate an email after signup?

Unfortunately, using the custom Thank You page of JotForm will not allow you to add a JQuery code. A workaround for this is to use either our Notification Email or Autoresponder Email to send email upon submit of your form. Or, you can use your own Thank You page and set it to the Thank You page so it will redirect the form to that Thank You page after submission.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
