That your form is embedded to Facebook. Facebook requires all resources to be loaded over HTTPS, so forms embedded to Facebook are required to use SSL submissions. There is nothing we can do about this requirement.
We do only allow for 10 SSL/Payment submissions per month:

However, since you were not aware of the requirement, I reset your SSL limits for the month and you forms will no longer be disabled. Should you go over your limits once again though, you would need to upgrade or wait for the monthly reset in order to restore your forms.
