I know that my doc upload questions are required, and users cannot submit until they've uploaded those documents.
But on the back end, when I view those submissions, for some of the pages, there are no files. Where did their uploads go????

I believe that the issue is with the form, after it has been embedded on your website, not when you go to it directly. Could you please give us the link to the page on your website where it is embedded so that we can take a look into it for you?

There actually is no website where it's embedded. We link to the jotform url directly. Our site is www.dec-sped.org/awards , but our submitters are using the form directly at http://form.jotform.us/form/50711360761145 The files show up for every award except for the DEC Award for Mentoring. Every other award's uploads are populating to the back end.

It appears that we have a 25 Single Upload Fields limit per form. Files that are being attached to the Single Upload Fields #25, #26, #27, etc. are being dropped by the server. I have attached a ticket to this thread, and hope that this issue will be considered by our Development Team.
In the meantime, you can switch the Single Upload Fields on your form page 8 into Multiple Upload Fields (they can be set to accept only 1 file too). Please see the next animation.
It will fix the issue with your form.
Note, that we cannot restore missing files since they were not accepted by our servers. We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused.

Hello Ben,
I have just received updates that JotForm can now handle up to 250 file upload field elements in one submission request. This should resolve your problem with your form.
Should you have other problems with your form, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Thanks.
