Help in restoring deleted form

    I shared some forms with my manager, and she deleted them thinking they weren't needed.  Can you please help get them back? 

    Her ID is:  AudreybThomas

    Email address:  Audrey.thomas@chick-fil-a.com

    Forms:  Change Request form http://form.jotform.us/form/50756123133144

     

    and 2016 IT Project Request  (I don't have the form URL for this one)

     Forms were originally under:  Brooke.Clem@accesscfa.com / brookeclem is user ID

    HELP!!!!

    Hi,

    The form is active now so I think your manager managed to resolve this. The form was under the account brooke.clem (brooke.clem@accesscfa.com).

    By the way, here's the guide on how to restore forms in the trash folder:

    But I would also like to note that you cannot restore forms that were purged in the trash folder. Once you have it deleted completely in the trash folder, there's no way you can retrieve it back.
