Unable to receive email notification to specific email address

    Hey, Can you please confirm whether this email address (below) is on the bounce list.

    hello@vinylimpression.co.uk

    We have not been receiving emails but can see forms have been submitted.

    Please advise.

    Hi Joe,

    Upon checking the email address hello@vinylimpression.co.uk, it is not in our bounce list. Our mail logs also shows no errors or failed attempts to send an email to that address.

    It is possible that the email service provider for that email noticed multiple email notifications that came from us and decided to block our JotMail IP addresses and domain names. You may need to contact the service provider for that email address, please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. It has the list of IP addresses and domain names that they need to whitelist on their end.
