I have managed to make your form transparent, please look at your site:
I went into to Preferences, Form Styles, then on the Inject Custom CSS area, I selected and cut the whole code to paste it in a text editor:
While in the text editor, I looked for the .supernova class, and change the background property from #ffffff to transparent:
Then I copied and pasted the whole code back to where it was.
If you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

I see that the form is now transparent. However, On another issue I was told by tech support that I should make this responsive as well ad setting it up in an iframe to embed. I first cloned the form and named it differently so I could test it out. I found more issues. I followed your procedure exactly, the text editor shoed the background as transparent, so I left it the way you had it (as the clone it copied the code correctly). Then I went into prefs and selected responsive. I was told to embed the form in my site with iframe. Iframe did not display the form correctly. I then tried to change the html of the size of the form height and it changed the header to be call and the fields to be small. It seems that this solution is not working either.
Note the reason I was told to embed in iframe was because the form was not showing up on mobile devised like a tablet or iPhone.
I don't know how to make this work.

Okay, would you mind giving us the link here of the cloned version of the form? Is it the form that is embedded in this page: http://www.flyingtoadgraphics.com/hl-review-site/contact-us.html?
I would still suggest using our iFrame method if that makes everything perfect in mobile. Then we will deal with the layout in the PC browser version - such as the text being too small.
Thank you!
