How can we edit the style of Quiz Form app?

    I have the same need, to style the results page. The simplest option would be to be able to inject custom CSS.

    We have added an additional feature request ticket about the customization of the Quiz Form App Thank You Page.

    There is no ETA, but we will update this thread when we have any updates.
