Not receiving the password reset email.

    Hi there,

    I have had issues with logging in and have tried to reset the password but am not receiving the reset password link.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but upon checking your email rebeccagreen@hasson.com, it shows that you are still using a guest account. Meaning, you haven't created an account yet with Jotform.

    Please create an account first via this link https://www.jotform.com/signup and set your own password.

    Perhaps it is this other email address. I have created forms and logged in before so I am confused.

    I'm still not seeing any account with sellingportlandrealestate@gmail.com email. Do you have the form URL or the website URL where the form is currently embedded?

    Looking forward for your response.
