I accidentally upgraded the wrong account

    My account is only here so that I can have access to a shared account.  I accidentally upgrade my account instead of the shared account.  I need to downgrade my account back to free and if possible, get a refund.

    Your account username "dwingimplantdirectcom" has been downgraded to free status. The subscription has been cancelled and refunded. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
