I'm not sure why i'm being asked to update my account I was already on a legacy plan that I was paying for.

We attempted to charge your Paypal account for the renewal, but it failed which is causing our system to downgrade the account to the free plan.
Your last payment is on June 11, 2017. The renewal for the July 11th has failed. We are now in August.
