    I am no longer getting notifications from my companies JotForm. I also sent a request for forgotten password and have not got anything back... My email is jdugan@dukefarms.org

    I checked your account and it seems that your email is on our bounce list. You can remove yourself from it.

    Please check the images below for process details.

    Login your account and click your profile icon found on top of the page. Then click little gear icon to open your profile settings.

    Click settings tab on the left panel and check bounce list via entering the email address you want to check. If you see your email address is on the bounce list, just click the remove button.

    After removing your email from bounce list you will be able to receive emails when someone submits your form.

    Thanks! But I cannot log into my account because I have lost my password and cannot et the "forgotten password" link via email!

    Your email address is not longer in the bounce list. We have sent you the reset instructions, please check spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
