My account keep asking me to upgrade

My account keep asking me to upgrade we already pay £39 dollars a month - so I am a little confused!!

 

Please advise asap - the company is WEAF (West of England Aerospace Forum)

When I check your Jotform account, I see that you are in our free plan and there aren't any invoices which are related to past months. So, it seems that your account has never been upgraded yet. Are you sure that the nickname of the upgraded account is pauline480? If so, please tell us which payment method you paid us for.

I see that the account WEAF is registered using the email address events@weaf.co.uk. I notice that this account is upgraded to Silver and it is good in standing. 

I have also checked your account and it is also good in standing. Is your account pauline480 is a sub-account user of the other account WEAF? Is the error message displayed on your account?

Please provide us with the account user that you are experiencing the issue so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

Yes I believe Pauline480 is my subuser account within WEAF however if both could be combined that would be great.
