My applicants are receiving "Page Cannot be Displayed" messages after completing and attempting to submit the application

One of the individuals who is tasked to submit an application through Jot Form, has completed the hour long application twice, and has received an error message indicating "Page Cannot be Displayed."  I have also completed and submitted a sample application; however, I did not receive the error message she did.

Please advise if there are any computer tidbits that she may need to know when using this program, i.e. cookies must be clear, etc.

I can be reached at lscott@deltasigmatheta.org.

I could not test and review the form https://form.jotform.com/62856107844967 at this time because the Submission Limit feature was already enabled on the form.

Please enable the form first and we will test/check again after.

I have enabled the form. Please let me know if there is anything we need to fix. We are expecting at least 30-40 application submissions and I do not want to have to go through this with every submissions.

I tested it myself and it worked fine, but the individual who contacted me went through the entire submission process and was given the same error message each time.

    Thank you.

I have removed two conditions with errors from your form and cleared form caches.

My test entry went through just fine.

If you receive any more reports about failed submissions, please let us know so we will be able to investigate this further.
