    Hello!

    Hope you are well.

When I press "Get Now" on the Mobile Responsive widget, it just redirect to my form list page and nothing happens.

When accessing widgets from Form Builder window, this particular widget can not be found.

Let me know how can I access this widget.

    Thank you in advance.

Hi Kārlis, thank you for contacting us.

Please note that our developers are aware of the fact that the Mobile Responsive widget is not showing among the list of widgets in the v4 editor and are working on that.

In the meantime, you may add the Mobile Responsive widget to your form by editing it using the v3 mode. I created a screenshot to show you how to achieve that:

If you need further assistance please let us know. We will be happy to help. Thank you.

    Hello!
Thank you for the fast reply.
Unfortunately, I could not find this function as shown in the image. I have
enclosed an image of how this dropdown box look on my computer.
Is it possible this function available due to the fact I'm using the free
    subscription pack?
    Kind regards,
    Kārlis

We appreciate the update about that and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Upon checking this further I found your form doesn't show it in the more options before editing.

I believe this might be occurring if the form was created after the formbuilder v4 release but, I will check with our devs about it just to be sure.

There is another way to use the formbuilder v3 which is by going to your My Account >> Settings >> Formbuilder v3.
