    Dear JotForm,

I'm a Sales Engineer at Base Logistics. We're a logistics outsourcing company and we're working on various business cases daily to solve and outsource logistic demands.

Currently I'm working on a large business case for which we may need a form system to manage incoming consumer returns which needs to be integrated with our system (Excel could work).

What I'm looking for is a form that can send the output of the entries directly to our server. I prefer a spreadsheet format that contains the entry data. The same entry must not be submitted twice - as the form could generate an order that costs the user hundreds of dollars.

Can you help me with this?

    Kind regards,

    Samuël Heinrici

Hi Samuel, we appreciate the interest in our form service and would be happy to help answer your questions you have.

It's possible to send your submission data to an external database via php as mentioned here https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP in this guide.

However, the default export is a pdf of the submission that is sent to you but you can create a report as an excel spreadsheet or even integrate it with google spreadsheets.

Additionally, yes you could set up a order form to charge $100 per user and you could also set up the submissions to be unique to prevent the same person from ordering twice.
