kayemacReplied on January 9, 2017 at 3:45 AMYes, the fields are all there on the website but they're all aligned at the
far left. There's little margin.

Hi,
Please inject this custom CSS to your form:
li#id_9, li#id_4, li#id_7, li#id_7, li#id_5, li#id_15, div#cid_14, .form-buttons-wrapper, li#id_10{
margin-left: 30px !important;
}

Can you fix this for me please?

The margin is good now. But the textboxes are not aligned properly.
Also, can you put the captcha box at the center of the form?

kayemacReplied on January 9, 2017 at 9:45 PMThanks! I had to increase the margin though so that it would be placed at
the bottom center of the form. And it worked! As usual, you guys are great!
I'm working on another form at the moment. I'll probably message you guys
again for help. LOL
I appreciate everyone's help. ☺
