I understand that I can view headers and texts via the submissions area; however what if I only want to view headers in my submissions and no text?

There is not either or option to show only Header or TEXT in the submission viewer.

But what you can use is the customize PDF report of the submission instead.

Using the PDF you can customize what can be seen or not included in the report.

Thank you, that is helpful. However, how do I ensure the PDF of the form follows the conditions I have set? Currently, I have a drop box that when certain options are selected it displays text for that selection. Within the PDF I just want to display the text for whatever that selection is.

If I understood you correctly you want that headings and texts that are hidden on your form with conditional logic to also be hidden inside of PDF report. Unfortunately that is not possible. When "Show Headers and Texts" option in the form submissions page is checked all headings and text will be shown inside of PDF report. Condition logic will not customize the PDF report. You cannot create conditions rules that will dynamically create a PDF report.
