IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Please read ALL the below before filling out your application as information has changed since the last school year.

RESPONSE TIMELINE: After your application is submitted, please expect to wait 1-3 weeks before you hear whether you have been accepted to attend the show.

PRIVATE AND NON-VC SCHOOLS: Due to limited capacity for these performances, priority is given to Ventura County and LVUSD schools. If you are a private school or a school from outside this area, there will be a $10 charge per person to attend, and you are responsible for your own transportation.

TRANSPORTATION: TOArts will reimburse the cost of transportation for Ventura County public schools in order to remove all barriers to attend this field trip. Transportation should be booked through your school district, we will NOT reimburse full transportation costs for Charter buses booked from outside vendors without prior confirmation. Please do NOT book transportation until after your attendance has been confirmed.

REGISTRATION INFO: As soon as you submit this application, you should receive a registration confirmation email (not confirming your attendance to the show). If you do not receive this email, it means you will not receive future communications. Please check your spam/junk folder, and if you do not receive an email reach out to ethan@toarts.org.

By attending this field trip, you are giving permission to TOArts to take group and possibly up-close pictures of students to use for donor relations and marketing. You additionally take responsibility to ensure that the parents of students attending are aware that their kids may be photographed. We understand that some families choose not to have their kids photographed. We have no control over excluding such children.*
