Terms of Agreement

The design for all t-shirts will be created based on the description provided. The design includes 2 free revisions. Additional revisions are $5 each. (For example, changing color of text). 3 or more revisions or changing more than 25% of design will incur a new image charge of $40. A 50% deposit of total order is required to begin processing your order. No work will begin until the deposit is paid. The estimated turn around time for the project is 7-10 business days from the day of deposit. Balance of invoice is due within 48 hours of completion to avoid 10% late fee. Invoices left open for 3 days or more will incur and additional $25 late fee. Designs may be sold by Contagious Creations unless the owner purchases exclusive rights for design at $100. Orders with one color shirt and design and less than 10 shirts are $20 per shirt. Orders with one color shirt and design with more than 10 shirts are $12 per shirt.
