TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- If there are pull-outs or payments missing the deadline, your slot will be given
to the next applicant on the list.
- Booths are only secured upon payment. Paypal payments do not include promotion prices.
- You will be sent an email to confirm your slot within 72 hours of payment.
- Any rogue payments (ie. payments made without receiving an email with instructions
after your 24 hours window time to do so) will be ignored and no refunds will be made.
It is your responsibility to abide by the 24 hours for us to ensure that you will have a stall reserve
for you.
- There will be NO refunds given if you miss the event for any reason or if you change your mind
after payment has been made. You may carry over your stall booking to any of our future events
in such a situation, or delegate a friend/relative to take over your slot.
- If stall slots are full while we are receiving your payment,
we will arrange a change of event dates or a refund to you.
- As we do not give refunds, please read the booth details carefully for the event
you are signing up for BEFORE you make payment.
- There is no tables and chairs provided, items to be in luggages or
containers or clothesrack (LOT ONE)

- $2 return stallholders discount cannot be stacked with stalls promotion.
- If you cannot make the event for any reason and you postpone your booking
to another date at the same venue, you must inform us at least
1 week before the event.
No refunds or last minute changes in date will be entertained.
- Payments can be made by ATM transfer (with receipt), i-banking, cash deposit and Paypal.
